What would you do and why?
Scenario 1: You are on a train out of control. The brakes do not work but you can control its direction using a switch. Straight ahead, there are 5 workers working on the track. The train is too fast (you cannot call out to them) and there is no turning back. A flick of the switch will divert the train onto the side track. There is one worker working on the side track.
So do you flick the switch?

I may choose to flick the switch as otherwise, five workers will be killed.
However, by making this choice, instead of accidentally killing 5 people, you would have consiously killed one person... It would be counted as murder.
